ssh+svn - no username when prompted for password

I have a repository setup and there is 1 user who cannot checkout the
project. In XP, she right clicks and selects svncheckout. The dialogue
box comes up and she enters
svn+ssh://nnayak@our.ip.address/path/to/repos for the "URL of
repository". She enters the checkout directory and clicks "OK". She is
then prompted for a password, but there is no username in the
"TortoisePlink" popup window that shows up. It just has "password:" with
the empty text box below it.

When I do the same thing from my PC, using her username, it comes up
with "nnayak@our.ip.address's password:" and I can check out the project
successfully.

Any ideas on what could be going on?
