Thanks for the tip - I quickly found 2 relevant entries in the FAQ. ;)

I have been using 1.4 pre-releases of SVN and TSVN (and a matching
Ankh for VS 2003) for several months. So far, I am quite pleased with
the SVN tools' ability to meet my fairly simple needs (said as a
long-time user of Perforce and a ~2 year CVS user)...

... but for my question, the two methods using the Log and the Repo
Browser do not give near the integrated "feel" or ease of use that I
see with TCVS.

Two examples with using the Repo Browser method:

1) there should be no need to explicitly select *both* revs to diff -
selecting one and then right-clicking a second should be enough

2) I note that the diffs display (I use WinMerge as an external tool)
does not show particularly useful names for the two files - in
particular, the names do not include the rev#s

An additional interface to selecting revs and tools to work on them
could be implemented using the Revision Graph as more of a "one-stop
shop", e.g., select a rev of a file, and then right-click a different
rev to get a choice of "diff etc" tools (the trivial case just lets
you right-click a rev and be offered the ability to diff against the WC)

I am certainly not complaining - I very much like the extreme
light-weight feel of SVN (I use local fsfs mode) - just always looking
to smooth those "rough" edges. :)
