Are those the folders in your repository as seen from the filesystem, or
as seen from an SVN client?

Because if you're looking at the filesystem then the branches, tags, and
trunk folders shouldn't be there. If you're looking via a client then
only those folders should be there, not the other ones.

You should never see all of them all at once -- if that's happening,
then you've done something wrong.
