* check the md5 hash of the msi - it it doesn't match then the msi is
corrupted and you have to download it again.
* make sure that the user SYSTEM has full access to the folder where you
downloaded the msi to. If you can't check/set the permissions of the
folder, try moving the msi to e.g. c:\ and try again.
