Right click causes Notify Microsoft dialog

I have two dual core 64 bit machines: one Athlon desktop, and one Turion
laptop. Both have fairly recent XP Pro 32 bit SP2 OS installs on them with
all available updates.

Installing the current 32 bit TortoiseSVN on both, rebooting and then right
clicking on a folder in Windows Explorer causes them to offer to notify
Microsoft of the problem. No error messages, just a crash.

Uninstalling TortoiseSVN restores the ability to right click a folder and
get a context menu without error - of course no version control.

I've tried version 1.3.5 and the daily build from today on the Athlon with
similar results for each version. I'm running several
anti-virus/spam/spyware protection utilities. I suppose one of them might
be the cause?

I'm not on any TortoiseSVN lists, so would appreciate a CC.

Thanks.
