Refresh problem with "Stop on copy/rename" (was Re: Can't compare revisions across copy/rename boundary?)

I just installed revision 7698, which does seem
to fix the problem with not being able to find
the repository location. I think, though, that
the refresh logic still isn't quite right.

If the "Stop on copy/rename" is checked when I
first display the log, unchecking it
automatically causes the display to be refreshed,
such that the revisions from before the
copy/rename get displayed. Checking the box
causes them to be hidden again. Unchecking it a
second time does not cause them to be displayed
again, as I think it should. Pressing "Next 100"
does cause them to be displayed, and is an easy workaround.
