Thank you for the prompt reply! The GUEST account was disabled, but there were a
couple IIS accounts that seemed suspect. However, after I disabled every local
account aside from Administrator, the problem persisted. I don't need to restart
Apache, or anything weird, right? I believe those account changes should take
effect immediately.
