TSVN is sending Windows creds?

Hi folks,

It looks like TSVN tries the Windows login creds first, before asking for
anything else. This would be okay, except that the behavior I'm seeing is that,
if the Windows creds are rejected, TSVN doesn't give me the opportunity to
provide alternate creds.

My users have a machine they login to with creds that don't have access to their
repos. When they try to checkout their repos, they get rejected -- they're never
given a chance to enter their own creds. I've ensured that the machines are
clear of cached TSVN creds.

Is there a way around this behavior? Am I doing something wrong?
