Automatic NTFS compression?

I just noticed this a couple days ago. I have some files which, upon
committing with TSVN, have NTFS compression turned on. If I
decompress them (File properties, Advanced), make a change, and
commit, they get recompressed.

This seems to have started after 9/6 (I have a file with that
timestamp which is not compressed). My .svn directory is compressed,
I set that manually quite a while ago.

I've noticed it with at least 2 filetypes - HTML and SQL (plain text -
queries). The HTML files have the following SVN properties:
svn:eol-style = native
svn:keywords = Id Date Author
svn:mime-type = text/html

The SQL files:
svn:eol-style = native
svn:keywords = Id
svn:mime-type = text/plain

MS Word docs (application/msword) are untouched.

TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7501

I haven't checked it against the CLI svn client yet. It's not really
an annoyance, just something I noticed this week and I'm curious
what's going on.
