That's a property used to tell Nant which version of subwcrev (32 or 64 Bit)
to use. Look at doc.build.include, line 126. Normally you set this variable
in doc.build.user. If you have a 32-Bit SubWCRev.exe into /bin/release/bin/,
set
<property name="bindirextension" value=""/> in doc.build.user.

Added a check that defaults to the 32-Bit version in r7523

Which should be fine, because up to now more things went wrong in PDF :-)
Makehm is part of MS html help. IIRC you can download and install it freely.
