Just noticed: the "stop on copy/rename" checkbox is still active in your
recipe above after you hit "next 100". That's why TSVN has to assume
that there are more revisions to follow when not 100 revs are fetched
(or rev1 is reached).
So you'll have to live with that behavior I'm afraid. Sorry.
