What I'm seeing is that the menu still displays the checked out icon.
This is embarassing, but to be perfectly honest, I didn't check the
status. I should have done that. If the command line thing doesn't
work, I'll check to ensure that that status and the icon match. I've
gotten in the (potentially) bad habit of simply trusting the icon.
