However, if you can access the location via UNC like Gavin hinted at,
you can open that path in Explorer and select "Create repository here"
from the TSVN context menu. You'll still need to set up a server for
it, unless you intend to use the file:// access method, which I would
strongly recommend against in a multi-user environment.
