How to change the case of a file in a repository

I need to change the case of a file name in a repository. Why I try, Tortoise
says it can't do that and that I should check the documentation for a
workaround. Unfortunately, it doesn't say where I am supposed to find that
information in the documentation. As a result, I have searched the
documentation that is installed with Tortoise, the online documentation, the
FAQs and the contents of this newsgroup - all to no avail.

Sure I could copy the files out of the WC, delete the originals from the WC,
commit the deletion and them re-add them with names in the proper case, But I
was hoping for something a little more elegant....
