The really annoying thing is when TSVNCache interferes with another TSVN
operation. A colleague had a case the other day where TSVNCache was
holding open a folder (and some of the files within), causing an update
affecting that folder to fail.

Fortunately Process Explorer came to the rescue, allowing us to close
those handles and get the folder working again.
