Import file dates and a suggestion for the About dialog

Hi,

I was just about to write a rant about the dates of imported files
(which are not imported but set to the import date, which in turn
unpleasantly collides with rsync), but, lucky as I am, I did not only
search the FAQ but the list archive, too - as Stefan wrote it seems this
is failure by Subversion design.

Jeez, what can I complain about now? Ok, got one:

Tortoise's About dialog (and the version info dialog, too) should not
only show the version number, but the release date, too. Use the "Gosh,
_that_ long ago?" factor! ;)
