Error from Windows Script Host: Cannot find the Script file "c:\...\diff-doc.js"

I got this error when I wanted to see the differences between the latest version and an older version of a word document - in the 'Show log' screen for that file.

My Tortoise SVN is installed in the 'J: drive'. It seems Tortoise is searching for script on C: drive, where as it should search on J: drive.
