Repository log in the commit dialog

Hi,

Would it be possible to enable inserting messages into
the commit dialog not only from the local history but also
from the repository log? The log would be acquired for the
item that was right-clicked and issued a commit in the
explorer. Among other things, this would make it easier
to design a message for the next revision that was similar
to the previous one and/or concerned the same issues.
This is applicable especially when you work with the
repository on multiple computers e.g. at work and at home.

This however should not disable another feature already
present in TortoiseSVN i.e. if cancel is pressed in the
commit dialog, the message entered is still saved in the
local history.

Best regards,
Bartosz Dħbrowski.
