Yes, it is a change, but just like selecting the "Ignore all whitespaces" causes TMerge to ignore all white space, and pass them by when the "Next difference" button is pressed, I expected "Ignore case changes" to ignore case changes. It doesn't.

Interestingly, if I select "Ignore all whitespaces" and "Ignore case changes" at the same time, then both white space and case changes are ignored, but if I select "Ignore leading whitespaces" or "Compare whitespaces", then case changes are *not* ignored, even though the option to ignore them is set.
