Best way to keep history of renamed files in Visual Studio 2003

Hi.

I use Visual Studio 2003 and ReSharper. I do extract class, move
class, rename class and rename namespace a lot, which also causes a
lot of file movements and renames. The history of the affected files
is lost after these actions, which I think is unfortunate.

Do any of you have any suggestion on how to solve this issue?

The renames and movements happens as a result of my refactoring tool,
so using the Explorer shell context menus is not possible. And if they
were, I would probably not use them as I would lose my momentum.

What I would like, is something which tracks these things
automatically, so when I commit my changes, all renames and movements
are handled just as if I had used the context menus.

Does such a tool exist? I looked into AnkhSVN, but it doesn't do what I need.
