Ok I apologise for the bad formatting of my email the caps
Unfortunately when composing a message outlook generally
Automatically formats the start of each line with a capital
Letter as for my punctuation and lack of paragraphs that is
My own fault I know my punctuation is poor and the paragraphs
Are an oversight.

Genuine mistake, somehow I have ended up subscribed to the
