is it possible to use TortoiseSVN to change the path to repos?

Having once upon a time set up my repos using VPN and file using a VPN
mounted disk, I realize that it is by far slower to use than using SSH

Could Tortoise also be used to change that path from
file:///x:/svn-repos/myproject/trunk to
svn+ssh://myloginname@mycomputer/disk/myuseraccount/svn-repos/myproject/trunk

In case how?
