You closed all the TortoiseSVN windows? I'm not sure if it still
behaves like this, but past versions of TortoiseSVN would open multiple
connections, and keep them open till the dialog was closed. E.g. Open
repo-browser, then show log, then view revision, then show log on file
in revision, then diff/blame,etc. You can end up with many open
connections.
