How to disable caching (tsvncache.exe) or start tortoisesvn as needed

Hi there,

There constantly is a TSVNCACHE.EXE process running which hogs about 100mb of
the memory. Can I disable the caching? or start tortoise svn only when it is
needed, e.g., when I need to perform an update or commit, which is not very
infrequent?
