Ooh-err, you're right. Thanks for pointing that one out. This is a
TortoiseSVN feature, not Subversion.

Related paths are paths that start with the same path that you got the
log for. If you log a folder, that means anything in that folder or
below it. For a file it means just that file.

The box is tri-state: You can show all items, grey out the unrelated
ones, or hide the unrelated ones completely.
