The "Compare revisions" feature is provided as is in the 1.3.x
release.

In 1.4.0 it will be MUCH better, because the underlying
Subversion API provides a dedicated API for comparings like this.

You can try a nightly build, but be warned that the working
copy format changed - once you use a WC with a 1.4.0 TSVN,
1.3.x won't be able to access it anymore.
