Open a DOS box (windows command shell), then type
msiexec /l* c:\tsvninstall.log TortoiseSVN-1.3.3.6219-svn-1.3.1.msi
After that, you have a file 'tsvninstall.log' in your C:\ drive which
contains a detailed log about what the installer did, and of course
where it failed.
