Howto: Show Log of Updates? or Feature Request?

Hi,

How can I see when the TortoiseSVN users did the last time an Update?
I'm facing the problem that not only my developers doesn't do often a Commit
(but which I can easily control via the Show Log), but don't do an Update
either of the project.

I found out that I can force an Update (Appendix C, Automating TortoiseSVN),
but I don't really like the fact that they will be forced to do so,
sometimes they can have a good reeason to net yet do an Update.

So what I would like is to have somehow a list (like the Show Log), that
shows me when everybody did for the last time an Update. I prefer to yell at
them for not doing it than forcing them to do it, hehe ;-)

If this isn't possible, it would be a great feature request :-) The best
would be either to be able to see the commits and updates in one list
merged, so I can follow the actions of the developers :-)

Thanks a lot in advance, and thanks a lot for the whole TortoiseSVN-project,
I love it!

Pieter
