I can understand your frustration, but I'm really not making any feature
request for tsvn here.

First, I am working with subversion folks, to get subversion to cache
the result of repository locks.

Second, once that info is cached, there's no conceivable reason not to
change the icon accordingly in tsvn. This really isn't a feature
request, and I don't understand why anybody would ever object to it.
