Or if this is a frequent operation then look for folder comparison type
utilities that can script or be manipulated from the command line.

I've done very similar things manually with Beyond Compare but it could
be done from the cmd line as well. Xplorer2 may also be able to simplify
the process.

Have you tried using the windows search functionality? Copy all the
directories you want, then right click the base directory and click
search, search for .svn. Then you can select all the .svn folders and
delete them in one go. Works well even when you have hundreds of .svn
directories to delete.
