If you right-click on the file hello.txt and then choose "merge", you
*must* also specify an URL to that file. If you simply enter
http://svn.box11.org/testrepo/trunk, then you will of course get the
301 error, because then you're doing an
svn merge http://svn.box11.org/testrepo/trunk\hello.txt_at_2
http://svn.box11.org/testrepo/trunk@4 wc\branches\b1\hello.txt
(notice the two different URL's).
