Seems that access also installs a shell extension which makes *.mat
files into shortcuts (like *.lnk and *.url files). That means you won't
get a menu with the 1.3.x versions of TSVN, but you will get one for the
1.4.x versions.
So, you can try a nightly build if you like. But be warned: you won't be
able to use your working copy with other Subversion clients anymore, and
also if you go back to TSVN 1.3.x. You would have to check out new
working copies if you need to use pre-1.4 Subversion clients.
