Couple of requests

Hi all,

I have a couple of requests, please let me know what you think of it

* Show consistent right mouse menu in update screen.
Updated Files/folders have a rightmouse menu which contains:
 - Compare with working copy
 - Show log
(but no open, open with)
Added files have
 - Open
 - Open with
(but no Show Log, which is very useful)
Deleted Files don't have a right mouse menu at all, again Show log would be
very useful.

Would it be possible to have a more consistent right mouse menu?

* Duplicate name conflict should NOT abort updating
If you have a local file (non versioned), you update and the repos contains
a file with the same name, you get an error and the update aborts. Please
mention the error, but do NOT abort (it is really frustrating sometimes).
Perhaps you could flag it as a conflict (non aborting) instead of an error,
and ask the user what to do with it.
