RE: Using TortoiseSVN to set Binary properties

I've been working with TortoiseSVN for a while and am wondering if there
is any way to set binary properties on files or revisions? I can set
textual properties on files easily enough but I'd like to set a property
to hold a zip or gzip file. The system my company develops for requires
what are basically binary file structure and file definition information
to go along with any new/modified program and using a property on that
particular file or revision seems a logical choice. However, I have
been unable to figure out a way to set binary properties from within
TortoiseSVN. Is there a way to do this or do we have to resort to using
the svn command line utilities to do this? I've searched the
TortoiseSVN archives but haven't found anything that seems to address
this question. Thanks for any help.
