ok, thanks for your replies. They helped me understanding this topic and I
see it very useful like this (using "tags" directories with TSVN).
The idea of this internal tagging-flag would be only useful if I 'would'
like to copy a tag in a different folder (not named "tags"). But I see this
is a server-side issue and not really necessary however.
