bug in "revert changes in the revision"

I am unable to "revert changes in this revision" on any working copy
whose URL has spaces in one scenario by selecting the file I want to
revert in the bottom listbox of the Log Messages window:

1. Show the log for some directory or file whose repository URL contains
spaces
2. In the bottom listbox of the log, select a single file changed in
some revision
3. Right click that file and select "revert changes from this revision"
Result: an error of the form "Error: <wcpath> is not a working copy" or
of the form "Error: <wcpath> is not under version control". However, the
<wcpath> is incorrect: it contains characters that are not actually in
the wcpath.

Can anyone else confirm this behavior? I have looked through the issue
tracker and have been unable to find any reports of this issue.
