Stefan fixed a problem back at revision 5826.
Release 1.3.2 was at rev 5840 so if your back at 1.3.1 then I would
suggest an upgrade or even the current nightly which I have been using
trouble free today.

Other wise, there is still something lurking.
Do you have a WC in the C:\ at all?
