This caught me unawares too (because I didn't read the documentation).

1.3.x is this way on purpose. It only shows revision graphs in certain cases (like if there are branches for instance).

1.4.0 will have somewhat different revision graph behaviour, methinks.

Running 1.3.1.5521 version of software.
Right click on a source file in Windows Explorer, then select:
tortoiseSVN->revision graph

Instead of seeing the revision graph, I get a blank window with the message:
No graph available.

On a different computer, running 1.2.2.4295, performing this same operation on the same file from the same repository
displays the revision graph as expected.

Running Windows 2000 Professional, up-to-date with security patches.
