The explorer crashed? That hasn't happened for over a year now.
Are you using some other shell extension? Or even not the default
windows explorer but some other shell replacement?

Some shell extensions don't work correctly and can't deal with the
ownerdrawn menus TSVN uses. You should try to deactivate them (in the
settings dialog, or check the FAQ for the direct registry entry to modify).
