TSVNCache collects the data needed to display the icon overlays. Otherwise it
would not be possible to show the current state recursive. After the cache has
crawled your WCs it should not take any more CPU or IO resources.

See also the 1.2 release notes [1] at "New, much improved overlay cache". It
explains the cache a little bit more.
