This don't look too easy for DOS. Got any examples? And I have to put
up with a Dos window every commit (I hate them).

I really think that a confirmation on overwrite would be a tidier solution.

What I want

  A tag can't be created if its name already exists.

  However, it's acceptable to overwrite a tag with a warning message
and the user's acknowledgment.
