Simon, I completely agree. My comments were addressed to why a user
would want to have both TortoiseSVN and Subversion command line
installed, in response to Daniel's comment. I didn't intend to imply
that, therefore, TortoiseSVN should install both, merely that TSVN and
the Subversion command line accomplish different things.

If I am not mistaken, you left one item off of your list of reasons not
to include Subversion CLI in the TSVN installer, although it is hinted
at in you #5. IIRC, TSVN strives to be version-independent with respect
to Subversion. So, e.g., I may elect to use a newer TSVN with an older
SVN (for whatever reason). Including a specific version of SVN with the
TSVN installer would undermine that independence.
