Apache & SVN problem

Hi guy,

we got a strange problem here. It seem when a programmer try to commit
an file with the attribut ADDED+ he crash the Apache server. Apache
restart by im self but the SVN services does'nt response so nobody have
access to the repository until a restart the server manually.

Here the error message a got on the apache server:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.

Is there is anyway we can activate a log file for SVN service ? Do you
have any idea of this problem ?
