Connecting TortoiseSVN to an existing local svn working copy

Hello,
I have an existing local svn working copy on my machine.
 
I want to connect TortoiseSVN to an existing local svn working copy.
How do I accomplish this? I read through the documentation for
TortoiseSVN and did not find any instructions. (I also searched your
archives for answers).
 
"SVN Checkout..." is not what I want to do since I already have a
local svn working copy.
