Checked it again with latest nightly (Build 4954). Same thing happens: I modify
a file, the icon shows modification. I commit, it still shows modified icon.
only when I press F5, it displayes the correct updated icon.

Incidentally in this build there are no icons on directories (anywhere, in any
case whatsoever). Files are ok, other than this auto-update issue.
