One Click : Update - Get Lock - Open

Once again, the name explains this feature request:

Currently, I am dealing mainly with non mergable binary files (under
version control) and thus the lock - unlock feature of SVN is essential.

The current process when anybody wants to edit such a file on their
working copy of the repository is:

1) "SVN Update" the file
2) "Get Lock" on the file
3) Open the file in it's default application
(say for e.g. for example a spreadsheet in excel)

It would be wonderful if we could have one button in SVN that did it all
in one, called perhaps "Edit Safely"* (as it would be our most commonly
used function, ideally in the main context menu - rather then the
TortoiseSVN sub menu)

Cheers,
       Auriel Manolson.
* the name "Edit Safely" is inspired by the winCVS TCL macro which does
step 1+2 in one shot for CVS

(PS we have up-till now been using CVS with winCVS, but am very excited
to migrate over to SVN, and have been experimenting a lot and everything
looks very good)
