You can extract the binaries with ORCA. There's no need to have us
provide a zip with the binaries. And the instructions on how to install
the binaries manually are also part of our sourcecode. Just check the
folder /trunk/src/TortoiseSVNSetup. There you'll find the WiX scripts we
use to build the msi.

Maybe you can help us fix this in the WiX scripts directly? I mean if
you're able to create your own msi's, you must know a lot about the
internals of msi...
