Feature Request: Allow the Repo-Browser URL dialog to be resized.

Our repository URLs are quite long. Consequently, we can never see the
location in the repository that the URL is pointing to without
selecting in the entry field and using the cursor keys, or the mouse.

Please provide support for this window to be resized and for it to
remember the size that it was previously set to.
