Once I have the build sucessfully built, how do I create the installer for testing?

So, I'm down to like two or three minor build errors I need to fix but I was wondering after I get those fixed, how can I test TortoiseSVN? I would like an .exe or .msi file. That is, I'm assuming I can then create an installer for TortoiseSVN and then install it on my local machine to test the new features I added.

Where in the code, would I need to set the install settings for it?
