Default commit message

hello.
It's good, if in a SVN COMMIT window, where it asks for message, We have
to click "Recent Messages" and then choose the message.
It's good, if aside the button "Recent message", there was an checkbox -
Autofill textarea with the last message by default.

so, in the textarea, there will be auto-entered the last message.
it's good, when we update some files frequently (and my message may be :
"update & fixes" or etc..)
